Machine-made area rugs are one of our most popular weaves. They come in an infinite variety of sizes, colors, and designs. Because they aren't made by hand, they have lower pricing and higher availability.
Often, synthetic fibers are used in the creation of machine woven rugs. Some of these synthetic fibers are polyester, polypropylene, nylon, and acrylic. These fibers are color fast and stain resistant. These synthetic rugs usually have latex backing and can generally be used outside. A computer oversees the production - this means the rugs that are produces are duplicates of each other, with no quirks or shade differences. Machine-made rugs can also come natural fibers like cotton or wool, but are limited by the availability of materials and cannot be used outside.
