This is a great website. I took my laptop into the bathroom, sat it on top of my granite coounter and walked about 5 feet away, and was able to see if the colors in the rug worked in the room. I received great service. You will be called back personally and responded to, within an hour. An email will be responded to within less than 24 hours. Overall best website for viewing a rug with a feature that enlarges the photo for better viewing. Plush rugs are so much better in quality than a popular so called discount rug website. I sent 3 rugs back, and could swear twice it was the identical rug that had been sent originally! The lower price was not!!! worth the discount.
