Recently renamed Shaw Living, the company began producing area rugs in the 1990s and has quickly become a top brand in the area rug industry. Much of Shaw Rugs' success is attributed to partnerships with Kathy Ireland, Tommy Bahama, and Mary-Kate & Ashley. Through these partnerships, Shaw has created area rugs that appeal to the vast majority of the marketplace. Shaw began their operations in the wall-to-wall carpeting industry and it’s still a household name in that field. Shaw eventually diversified itself into the area rug industry by launching the Shaw Rugs division which has become a huge success for the company.
