My rugs were back ordered for several weeks and did not make the 10 day shipping guarantee deadline. Once the rugs arrived, I requested the 10% discount as advertised for late delivery. I was skeptical about getting my 10% credit, but sure enough, the following day I received an e-mail stating that the credit was placed on my credit card. My next month's credit card statement reflected the 10% credit. A happy camper.
