I called the telephone number given when I hadn't received a delivery date and was told that the rug was not in stock but would be shipped from China as soon as it became available. At this point I was given the option of cancelling the order and getting my money back but I chose to wait. In about the time I was told it would take, the rug was shipped as ordered. Good price and quality as described.

Being that I am a slob and have a dog as well, I didn't want to spend a lot on floor coverings that, quite frankly, I am going to destroy in a relatively short period of time. I have found three stylish and affordable rugs at PlushRugs so far, and have been very satisfied with my experiences with the rugs and the company. Even the pads were very fairly priced, and yes, I shopped around for the best prices on pads.
