The three big indoor/outdoor rugs that I bought are amazingly plush under foot & every bit as pretty [downright exquisite] as the pictures online. Their delivery was surprisingly prompt. I return to buy a runner & smaller area rug.

I was pleased with the service I got from Plush Rugs. I called the telephone number given when I hadn't received a delivery date and was told that the rug was not in stock but would be shipped from China as soon as it became available. At this point I was given the option of cancelling the order and getting my money back but I chose to wait. In about the time I was told it would take, the rug was shipped as ordered. Good price and quality as described.
