This company was fantastic to work with. I submitted my order and realized I had picked the wrong color. When I called the 800 number, a gentleman named Greg picked up on the first ring and made a change to my order on the fly. I held my breath (not really knowing if the change would go through since the order was already being processed by the manufacturer) but lo and behold the rug arrived a few days later in the color of my choice! Thank you for the personalized service, I really appreciate it!

This is a great website. I took my laptop into the bathroom, sat it on top of my granite coounter and walked about 5 feet away, and was able to see if the colors in the rug worked in the room. I received great service. You will be called back personally and responded to, within an hour. An email will be responded to within less than 24 hours. Overall best website for viewing a rug with a feature that enlarges the photo for better viewing. Plush rugs are so much better in quality than a popular so called discount rug website. I sent 3 rugs back, and could swear twice it was the identical rug that had been sent originally! The lower price was not!!! worth the discount.
