When I called the 800 number, a gentleman named Greg picked up on the first ring and made a change to my order on the fly. I held my breath (not really knowing if the change would go through since the order was already being processed by the manufacturer) but lo and behold the rug arrived a few days later in the color of my choice! My rugs were back ordered for several weeks and did not make the 10 day shipping guarantee deadline. Once the rugs arrived, I requested the 10% discount as advertised for late delivery. I was skeptical about getting my 10% credit, but sure enough, the following day I received an e-mail stating that the credit was placed on my credit card. My next month's credit card statement reflected the 10% credit. A happy camper.
