Now for what I really liked, I spoke on the telephone with a "Real Life Person," due to a question I had. My question was answered promptly. The email communications concerning my orders were out of this world. They kept me properly informed, from the beginning to the Tracking Number. Now for the real kicker, not only did I not pay Tax or Shipping Cost, but I received my rugs in perfect condition a couple days early.
